1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Mushroom Navigator app and website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a free, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your devices. Every feature is open; there are no paid versions or subscriptions.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy or modify the app, decompile it or extract its source code, transfer or distribute it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Free of charge and support

The app is free. A voluntary donation is a thank-you to the author: it unlocks nothing, is not a purchase and is not refundable.

Pro keys bought earlier are no longer needed: all features are available to everyone without a key. Key sales have ended and cloud storage has been switched off.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. GPS accuracy depends on the device and reception; we are not liable for inaccurate coordinates, data loss, injuries or damages. In the forest always have a backup way to navigate and a charged phone.
